Spa Policies and Fees 

Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays.
We highly recommend making a reservation several weeks in advance of your desired date and time.

We strive to ensure the most comfortable spa experience, which includes a digital locker and ample places to sit and enjoy the spa’s relaxation areas. Guests checking in within 90 minutes of their first appointment time will have first priority for a locker.  Our weekend and holiday minimum service requirements assist us in optimizing guest flow on our busiest days.

Saturday, Sunday & Select Holidays: Pricing is $10 higher per service (excluding nail services and waxing), and the minimum service requirement is two 50 or 80-minute services per guest. Express services are not available. 

Select Holidays are: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and Christmas Week (December 24-31). Pricing is $10 higher per service (excluding nail services and waxing), and express services are not available on the above days.

As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible.

If we are not able to reschedule your appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled, so the next guest may begin promptly.

For your convenience, a 20 percent service gratuity will be added automatically to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. The service gratuity is comprised of a 16 percent gratuity and 4 percent service fee.

Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference please specify during booking. 

Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly and quiet environment for both our Spa guests and staff. For this reason, the following actions are prohibited at the Spa:

  • Talking on cell phones

  • Use of camera feature in the locker rooms and treatment rooms.

Please remember that all Kohler Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.

Failure to act in accordance with Spa etiquette may lead to not being welcome at Kohler properties.

We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service.

To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Give yourself time before your treatments to enjoy the Circle of Tranquility water experience room. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, cannot be brought into the spa.

Spa products may be exchanged, or credit will be given in the form of a gift card within 30 days of purchase.
